Nkem Owo AKA Osuofia

Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, has congratulated renowned Nollywood actor, Nkem Owoh, popularly known as Osuofia, on his 70th birthday.
In a statement on Friday, Governor Mbah described Nkem Owoh as one of Enugu’s precious gifts to the world, who has brought joy and laughter to millions through his exceptional talent as an actor and entertainer.
The Governor acknowledged Nkem Owoh’s immense contribution to the growth and success of Nollywood, expressing gratitude for putting Enugu State and Nigeria on the global map.
Governor Mbah joined the people of Enugu State in wishing the Nollywood icon a happy 70th birthday, praying for his good health and many more years of celebration.
He said:
“This is a toast to one of Enugu’s precious gifts to the world, Nkem Owo, aka Osuofia.
“Nkem Owoh has no doubt distinguished himself as an icon of Nollywood, who has brought fun, laughter, and excitement to millions of homes across the world through his mastery of his art as a thespian and entertainer. Indeed, we owe the success that Nollywood has become to the sacrifice, resilience, commitment, and regenerative powers of Nkem and his like.
