The long-awaited album from veteran singer and commentator, Freeman Chi, is now ready for consumption.
The album which drops after a thorough review of the nation’s state of affairs, dwells majorly on hunger, insecurity.
According to the singer, he is alarmed by the increasing wave of insecurity and hunger in the land and decided to add his voice to the situation.
“The kind of news we hear these days boggle the mind. You hardly hear any good news again. It’s now tales of hunger and killings.
“So I still consider it necessary to amplify the message via this medium to those involved hoping that they curtail it all,” he said.
The album, rendered in flowing reggae beats and drops on all platforms from July 23, he added, “is meant to draw our leaders’ attention to the worsening state of everything in the country.”
Freeman Chi has always focused his musical lyrics and dwelt on burning issues.
