I’m Andrea Okoye. I have written for this renowned newspaper, NATIONAL ACCORD a decade ago and this is a big come back and for the better.
In this outing, I will be covering Entrepreneurship. The page shall be called MARKETGIRLAFRICA, under which I will bring over 10 years of marketing and entrepreneurial experience – both as a business coach and as a Chief Marketing Officer of a brand called Concur (producers of different top-notch perfume fragrances).
Like I said from the onset, as a journalist, I actually started my writing career a decade plus as a columnist for NATIONAL ACCORD. Then, my page was called Shackles n Slums – a human angle page, which ran for sometimes. I have also been in the business desk for the Nigeria Pilot Newspaper, where I cover Tourism, Energy and Entertainment. I was equally a Staff Writer with the defunct Gemini Magazine, where I covered Money Talk.
As an entrepreneurship writer, I shall be looking at the crosswords of business and it’s impacts to small business owners, particularly brands and individuals who want to build, develop and succeed in business.
