
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has reported that 15 ships are discharging petroleum products and foodstuff at the Lagos ports.
NPA made this known in its publication, `Shipping Position’, the News Agency of Nigeria reported on Friday.
According to the report, NPA listed the contents on the ship as frozen fish, general cargo, containers, trucks, butane gas, gypsum and bulk wheat.
It also stated that the authority said 27 other ships had arrived the ports, waiting to berth with frozen fish, general cargo and containers.
It said, it is expecting 20 others with petroleum products, food items and other goods from June 26 to July 7.
And that the ships contain general cargo, bulk wheat, bulk sugar, frozen fish, containers, petrol, steel products and automobile gasoline.
The ships are expected to arrive at the Lagos Port Complex, it added.
