Sancho
Jadon Sancho has ended his Manchester United spell, leaving the club as a free agent five years after his £75 million move from Borussia Dortmund, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The England winger, who arrived in 2021 amid high expectations as one of Europe’s brightest attacking talents, leaves Old Trafford after a turbulent stint that failed to fully take off.
In total, Sancho recorded 83 appearances across all competitions for Manchester United, scoring 12 goals and registering 6 assists between 2021 and 2024.
His time at the club never really settled into consistency, with flashes of promise overshadowed by struggles for form and long spells away from the starting XI.
Loan moves, including a recent spell at Aston Villa, further underlined how his United career drifted away from its original trajectory.
Sancho now departs quietly, bringing down the curtain on a chapter that began with big expectations but ends without a sustained breakthrough at Old Trafford.
