Borno State Education Trust Fund has distributed Sallah dresses to the pupils of North East Learning Centre, Maiduguri.
The brief but colorful ceremony was attended by the Board Chairman, Prof. Hauwa Abdu Biu, the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Abba Kurama Umar, a Board Member of the Centre, Baba Hassan Kachallah and Comr. Bulama Abiso of the Network of Civil Societies among others.
The Sallah dresses distributed covered all children of the Centre who are largely orphans and vulnerable, numbering 241 boys and 159 girls.
