
Borno State Government has reiterated its commitment to strengthening healthcare infrastructure across the state to improve service delivery and access to quality healthcare.
This assurance was given by the Senior Special Assistant on Special Projects to the Governor, Mustapha El-lawan, weekend during an inspection tour of key healthcare institutions in northern Borno State.
As part of the visit, the delegation conducted on-site assessments of projects and facilities at General Hospital Gubio and Magumeri Local Government Area.
Speaking during the inspection, El-lawan commended the engineers handling the projects for their dedication and professionalism.
“I am highly impressed with the level of commitment shown by the engineers,” Ellawan stated.
“Their dedication to serving the people of Borno State remains the backbone of our healthcare system. We will continue to work closely with the state government to provide the necessary resources to ensure these hospitals remain efficient and patient-friendly.”
El-lawan also urged staff members and project personnel to maintain high standards of professionalism and excellence, while reaffirming the administration’s determination to continue investing in critical infrastructure that will enhance the wellbeing of residents across the state.
