
Cross River State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Alphonsus Ogar Eba, addressing newsmen in Calabar

Against the backdrop of plans to scuttle Nigerian democracy by some misguided politicians, the Cross River State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Alphonsus Ogar Eba has appealed to the Department of State Service (DSS) to interrogate the Labour Party Vice Presidential candidate, Datti Baba-Ahmed to explain what he meant that there will be no swearing in of the President elect, Bola Tinubu on May 29th, 2023.
Mr. Eba stated this while addressing journalist at the APC Secretariat on Thursday in Calabar.
He said for Datti Ahmed to come on National Television, Channels TV to say that there will be no swearing in on May 29th means he has questions to answer.
“The DSS should go a step further by bringing the perpetrators of the alleged plot to book .
Mr. Eba, who was reacting in his first statement after independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declaration of Senator Bassey Otu of APC as winner of the 2023 governorship election, said he dedicated the victory to God and the People of Cross River State
He promised that Senator Otu led government will form an all inclusive government irrespective of political parties.
The party Chairman also appreciated the good people of Cross River State for believing in The Back to South Movement of the APC.
He promised that the APC government under Senator Bassey Otu will sponsor a bill for zoning arrangements starting from the South to take its turned for 8 years through the House of Assembly.
