Democracy Day: Nasarawa APC felicitates with Tinubu, Gov Sule, Nigerians

As Nigeria celebrates her 24 years of uninterrupted Democracy, the Nasarawa State chapter of the ruling All progressives Congress (APC), has assured of more better days ahead.

A statement by party on Sunday evening said the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the second term of Governor Abdullahi Sule, of Nasarawa state have began with a renewed hope determined to exceed all expectations.

The statement signed by the party’s chairman in the state, Dr. John W. Mamman, while felicitating with President Tinubu, Gov Sule and Nigerians on this year’s Democracy day, noted that APC government is determined to modify and strengthen the anti corruption fight and insecurity in the country especially with the establishment of Nasarawa State Anti Corruption and Bribery Bureau by the governor.

The APC chairman appealed to Nigerians to be patients with the government particularly on the removal of fuel subsidy, saying it is the best for the country economy recovery and sustainability geared towards poverty reduction, employment generation and wealth creation.

He equally assured the people of Nasarawa state that the second tenure of Governor Sule will be more purposeful, focused, accountable, transparent and people’s oriented driving by the fear of God and committed to serve the people deligently.

He called on the citizenry to remain law abiding and supportive of the government.

Dr Mamman, reiterated that all the gains of democracy ranging from massive roads, schools, markets, electrification, water and quality health, education, revamp agriculture and industrial development provided by Gov Sule, will be improved and sustained.

The Leadership of APC in Nasarawa also applauded the state government, traditional rulers, security agencies, stakeholders and the general public for the role played in maintaining peace and security in the state assuring that the APC government will not fail in protecting the lives and property of the people for a prosperous and better Nasarawa State.
