Mohbad’s death: Over 50,000 Nigerians sign petition to ban ‘Marlian Music Label’

Over 50,000 Nigerians have signed a petition calling for the ban of Marlian Music label.

The petition was launched on change.org following the death of former Marlian Music signee, Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba aka Mohbad, who died on Tuesday, September 12.

The talented singer died a year after his controversial split from the record label owned by singer Naira Marley, due to an internal dispute and allegations of assaults.

Recall that the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) in a statement said it would launch Investigation into Mohbad’s demise. However, irate fans have started signing a petition to ban the late singer’s former record label, Marlian Music. The petition has garnered over 50,000 signatures as of the time of filing this report.
