Governor Okpebholo dissolves boards of Edo MDAs

Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo has announced the dissolution of the boards of all ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) in the state with immediate effect.

The governor disclosed this in a statement issued on Wednesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Fred Itua, in Benin.

He noted that all the permanent secretaries appointed from outside the public and civil service have been relieved of their appointments.

The Governor, further, directed affected appointees to handover all the government property in their possession to the most senior public officers in their respective MDAs.
