Former Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo (SAN) and the Emir of Kano, His Highness Muhammadu Sanusi II, will headline a major national leadership conference scheduled to take place in Abuja on Tuesday.
The event, organised by the Oxford Global Think Tank (OGTT), is themed “ _Better Leadership for a Better Nigeria.”_ It is expected to draw together influential policymakers, business leaders, and public officials to deliberate on ethical, inclusive, and result-oriented governance as Nigeria marks its 65th Independence anniversary.
In a statement released on Friday, the OGTT’s Conference Programme Manager, Mr. Williams Eze, said the gathering aims to “catalyse strategic dialogue on ethical, inclusive and results-driven leadership” and inspire collective action toward rebuilding national institutions.
Eze noted that the conference will take place on Tuesday, October 28, at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, bringing together some of the nation’s most respected voices to reflect on Nigeria’s leadership journey and future direction.
Among the distinguished participants are Governor Alex Otti of Abia State, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, and prominent entrepreneur Mr. Atedo Peterside.

> “During the event, the OGTT will also unveil its maiden report on African minerals titled RAMP Africa: Reforming African Minerals to Prosper Africa,” he stated.
“In addition, OGTT Founder, Ms. Arunma Oteh, will present her book published earlier this year in the United Kingdom, All Hands-on Deck: Unleash Prosperity through World Class Capital Markets.”
