Senator Ahmed Wadada
Senator Ahmed Wadada, representing Nasarawa West Senatorial Zone, has formally rejoined the All Progressives Congress (APC) after his tenure with the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
Having previously been an APC member, Wadada switched to the SDP to contest and win the 2023 Nasarawa West Senatorial election.
His return to the APC was announced in a letter dated September 2, 2025, addressed to the APC Chairman of Tudun Kofar Ward, Keffi, as confirmed by NATIONAL ACCORD.
In the letter, titled “ _Notification of My Return to the All Progressives Congress,”_ Wadada expressed that his decision followed “careful consideration” and was driven by a commitment to “contribute to the growth, development, and success” of the APC.
