President Bola Tinubu
By DAVID IORJA, Abuja –
President Bola Tinubu has called on Nigerians to halt the ongoing #EndBadGovernance protests and instead engage in constructive dialogue.
President Tinubu in a televised address on Sunday, emphasized that his administration will not permit a small group of politically motivated individuals to disrupt the nation’s stability under the pretext of protests.
President Tinubu assured citizens that his administration remains committed to good governance, despite the significant socio-economic challenges facing Nigeria, Africa’s most populous country.
He emphasized his government’s dedication to addressing the nation’s pressing issues and improving the lives of all Nigerians.
The President’s appeal comes as protests have been ongoing across the country, with demonstrators demanding better governance and expressing frustration with the current state of affairs. By calling for a suspension of the protests and embracing dialogue, President Tinubu aims to calm tensions and foster a more collaborative approach to addressing the nation’s challenges.
