Big Brother (BBNaija’s) landmark 10th season, themed “10/10,” launched on Saturday with host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu introducing the first group of housemates, setting the stage for an intense competition.
The season promises a ₦150 million grand prize, fueling anticipation for drama, rivalries, and unexpected alliances among the contestants, each bringing their unique flair and tactics to the house.
In a shocking twist revealed during the live premiere, Ebuka announced that the ₦150 million prize will not be awarded to a single winner.
For the first time in the show’s history, housemates must compete weekly in tasks and challenges set by Big Brother to earn portions of the prize money.
This “work-to-win” format is designed to keep contestants on their toes and viewers hooked throughout the season.
Only half of the housemates entered the house on Saturday, with the remaining participants set to join on Sunday during the second part of the premiere.
Fans can brace for more surprises as Big Brother rolls out additional twists over the 10-week season, culminating on October 5.
