The Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS) has kicked started its sports festival to mark the 2024 celebration of the divine birthday of the spiritual leader of BSC, Olumba Olumba Obu.
The organization said it would be sponsoring sports festival featuring soccer tournament competition among secondary schools, table tennis, among other athletics in Cross River State.
The Sports Festival is billed to take place from Wednesday 13th – Friday 14th November, 2024 at the U. J. Esuene Staduim, Cross River State Capital.
Chairman of the BCS Sport Festival, Patriarch Obioma George explained that the tournament is another way to ascertain stars that will be further trained professionally and technically.
He said it would help to empower young minds, who have found delights and pleasure in sport activities.
