2023 Abia Rep seat: Group purchases APC nomination form for Theophilus Ubani

A group of APC stalwarts and stakeholders from Abia State has purchased the All Progressives Congress (APC) nomination and expression of interest for one of their illustrious sons, Mr. Theophilu Ubani, who is seeking to represent Bende Federal Constituency at the green chamber of the National Assembly.

Speaking after the purchase of the form on Sunday in Abuja, the leader of the delegation, Elder Ekekwere Egu, told newsmen that they had decided to buy the form for their son because of the pedigree and leadership qualities.

Elder Egu, who expressed happiness for the purchase of the form, stated that if elected, it will provide the opportunity for their son to showcase the abundant experience he has garnered for the past 34 years at home and abroad in the engineering sub sector to bring the desired development the people yearns for.

He extolled the leadership qualities of Mr. Onyekwere Ubani in the areas of Information and Communication Technology and Real Estate Development. He also assured that the aspirant would bring his wealth of experience to bear by making quality laws at the green chambers for the good of Bende people.

Another member of the delegation, Chief Ifanyi Abiakwu expressed confidence in the leadership qualities of their son who has demonstrated uncommon capacity to govern the state but has also humbled himself to contest house of representative seat.

He expressed the readiness of the people to vote for him in the 2023 general elections on the ticket of the All Progressive Congress.

On his part, the aspirant, Mr. Theophilus Onyekwere Ubani, who was on his way to the venue of the sale of nomination form, spoke to journalists on phone and expressed happiness for the honor given to him by his people.

Mr. Ubani, however, pledged not to disappoint his constituency if he eventually emerged as member of the House of Representative.
