The conduct of the APC State House of Assembly Primary Election across the 27 LGAs of Borno state was conducted peacefully and transparently under the supervision of State Primary Election Committee Chairmen and INEC officials in each of the 28 State Constituencies as provided by the law.
The elections also witnessed by other observers like INEC officials, APC Returning Officers, APC stakeholders, and representatives of security agencies.
Five delegates from the 27 State Constituencies and 312 wards totalling 1,560 LG delegates from 3,993 polling units of the state participated in the election, were the winners of the state primary election were retuned and declared elected by the ROs as follows:

It was however observed that almost fifty percent of the serving members of the state house of assembly could not make it. Thus, were replaced with new candidates just like the dissolved State Executive Council (SEC), about 50%-60% of the former cabinet may not returned back to their seats as only a few hard working and chicken cabinet State Commissioners that have performed well would be retained or retuned probably next month after the APC presidential primary election.
