Former President Olusegun Obasanjo will on June 17 inaugurate the newly upgraded Yariman Bakura Specialist Hospital in Gusau, Zamfara State, as part of Governor Dauda Lawal’s second-year anniversary celebrations.
The hospital has been fully renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
“The hospital has been fully renovated and is now equipped with state-of-the-art facilities,” the governor’s spokesman, Suleiman Idris, said in a statement on Monday.
He added that Obasanjo will also commission major roads in the GRA Area of Gusau, part of the Lawal administration’s Urban Renewal Projects.
Under Lawal’s leadership, several projects have been inaugurated, including schools, hospitals, and infrastructure developments.
The governor has also provided logistic support to security forces to combat banditry and kidnapping in the state.
The inauguration of these projects marks a significant milestone in the Lawal administration’s efforts to improve the lives of Zamfara residents.
