Rep. Yusuf Gagdi (APC-Plateau), has lauded the victory of Dr Nentawe Yilwada, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), at the court of Appeal.
Recalled that the Court of Appeal had sitting in Abuja had nullified the election of Mr Caleb Mutfwang of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as the Governor of Plateau.
Reacting to the court’s judgement in a statement on Sunday, Gagdi expressed confidence that Plateau would prosper under the APC government.
He expressed confidence in the judiciary as the bastion of justice and the last hope of the common man.
He called on APC supporters to be magnanimous in victory and celebrate with all sense of modesty.
