The Director-General of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Sir Joseph Ari, has paid tributes to the late governing council chairman of the fund, Malam Musa Gwadabe.
Sir. Ari described the late Gwadabe, a former Minister of Labour, as a distinguished and deeply patriotic citizen who served the country in various capacities.
“His commitment to the service to the fatherland is illustrated by the fact that at a time most Nigerians of his age considered themselves to have retired, he continued to render selfless and outstanding service to the nation,” he said.
The ITF boss stated this in his condolence message issued on Thursday in Jos by the fund’s Director of Public Affairs Department, Mrs Suleyol Fred-Chagu.

He noted the invaluable contributions of the late governing council chairman, saying that he evolved policies and programmes that had contributed to the outstanding achievements made by the ITF.
“He will be remembered for evolving policies and programmes leading to the outstanding achievements and numerous accolades that the ITF has continued to receive.
“We are lucky to benefit from his insights and wise counsel as Governing Council Chairman until his death on April 25,” he said.
Sir Ari, therefore, urged the family to see his death as the will of God and prayed for the family to have the fortitude to bear the loss.
